LESS DARKNESS, AND VICE VERSA 😡
This becomes a problem when plants don’t have enough dark time to complete key processes like phytochrome deactivation, essential for healthy flowering.
For example, in our previous experiment 12/12 vs 13/11, the 14/10 cycle failed because 10 hours of darkness weren’t enough, and testing something like 15/9 would be even worse.
This lead us to the big question

and we can also control TIME!
If the traditional model offers NO new options for evolution
WHY NOT BREAK THE RULES AND EXTEND THE DAY? 🤔
We will explore completely innovative cycles days of 26, 30, or even more hours with combinations like 17 hours of light and 13 of darkness, 14 hours of light and 14 of darkness, or even 30 hours of light and 14 of darkness.
We will rely on the DLI (Daily Light Integral), a key constant to ensure that plants receive the optimal amount of light daily, regardless of the photoperiod duration.

The Supercycle is not just a new strategy it's a revolution
The Supercycle theory was created by growers and nerds
WE ARE NOT SCIENTISTS.
Some terms may not be exact, and we use certain literary liberties to explain ideas in a simple way.
The real obstacle to implementing the Supercycle lies in the currently available light control tools (timers).
Commercial timers are exclusively designed to operate in 24-hour cycles, reflecting the natural rhythms of Earth’s day but based on something invented by society.
This rigid and prehistoric design does not consider the possibility of extended cycles like the ones we are proposing.
THAT'S THE ONLY REASON WHY IT WAS NEVER TESTED BEFORE 😮
Our evolutionary approach, based on hacking these tools, allows us to overcome this limitation.
We’ve explained everything to you.

We have developed a beta version of the necessary software to manage Supercycles using Tasmota-type WiFi plugs.
And also a WiFi/standalone controller based on the popular Shelly technology that anyone can assemble and configure.
