The Shelly Plug 1 US is a smart plug that works independently (stand-alone), ideal for turning devices on and off directly.
If you are in the USA, you can plug it in without adapters.
In other countries, you need an adapter to use it with local outlets.

Supercycle

No electrical installation required, just plug it into an outlet.
Once configured, it keeps working even without Wi-Fi or electricity.

THESE ON/OFF VALUES REPRESENT THE DURATION, IN SECONDS, OF EACH CYCLE STATE.

THE TIME THE LIGHT STAYS ON (ON) AND THE TIME IT REMAINS OFF (OFF).

TO BETTER UNDERSTAND HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS, YOU CAN SET IT TO A SHORT CYCLE, FOR EXAMPLE, 15/15.

THIS WAY, THE LIGHT WILL TURN ON FOR 15 SECONDS AND THEN TURN OFF FOR ANOTHER 15 SECONDS, REPEATING THE PATTERN CONTINUOUSLY.

IT'S A PRACTICAL WAY TO OBSERVE IN REAL TIME HOW THE SHELLY OPERATES.

THE BEST METHOD
SHELLY SMART SWITCH

The Shelly Smart Switch is like a mini smart circuit breaker that you can install directly into your electrical systems.

Unlike a regular circuit breaker, which only protects against overloads, the Shelly Switch allows you to remotely control the switching on and off of lights or an electrical line up to 16A.

Additionally, you can program it to automate power cycles, like those generated by the Supercycler.

Supercycle

The drawback is that it requires wiring to connect it. Here, we show you how to connect it to a power strip.

It’s simple, but since lights are high-power devices, we recommend doing it with a professional.


Once you have completed the wiring, the only thing left is to configure it in the app. Go to Step 1.
